Andrew brings a strong foundation in both commercial litigation and transactional legal work. His expertise spans residential and commercial conveyancing, property litigation, construction and building disputes, contract disputes, estate disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency. This breadth of experience makes him a trusted adviser capable of guiding clients through both complex transactions and hard-fought disputes.

Before co-founding Gouveia Legal, Andrew gained experience at some of Australia's largest law firms, developing the commercial awareness and technical expertise that now underpins everything the firm does.

He established Gouveia Legal with a clear mission: to offer clients a smarter, more transparent, and more personal alternative to the traditional law firm model.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of Laws, a dual background that gives her a unique edge in personal injury matters, allowing her to understand the medical realities of her clients' injuries as deeply as she understands the legal framework surrounding them.
